Items are usually shipped within 24-48 hours once paid for. Except if purchased on Saturdays since we are closed Sundays and Mondays. Then items are shipped on that Tuesday.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package if there is any problems. If item needs to be returned, we will give you a return confirmation #. This way, when your package is received by our shipping/receiving department they will know what to do and there will be no delays.

I have a question about one of your items, do you have a customer service person who can answer all my questions?
- We do have a customer service department that is open during our online business hours ( Tuesdays-Sat. 9 am to 5 pm est.). They assist customers the best that they can. They do have reference books for many of the Auto Parts and Motorcycle Parts that we have in stock, but we do get many items that are not made anymore or not in the books that we have. Most of our listings have all the info that we have on that paticular item. You have to remember that we are a Surplus Store, so we get in a vast inventory of all kinds of items. We have to rely on what is on packages, labels and instruction sheets for the most part to list items and answer questions.
Do you have a catalog of all your items that you have in stock that you can send me?
-No , we do not. Our Inventory changes so often that if we made a catalog, many items would be out of stock or no longer available by the time it was fully printed and sent out.
I see some items that are close to what I am looking for, but don't see the item I'm lactually ooking for. Could I contact you and ask you if you do have a certain item that isn't listed in your online Store?
- Yes, you may certainly do so. We get so many items in and if we have what you are looking for, we are more than happy to list it just for you .
I want to buy and pay for my items online, but want to pick up my items at your store. Can I do that?
- Yes, you may certainly do so. How-ever please remember that our actual store hours are Thur-Fri-Sat. 9am-5pm ( Eastern Standard Time )only. Also if items are not picked up within 2 weeks, they are returned to store stock and you will be issued a refund minus 10% for the pulling and holding of the items. ( Some exceptions will be granted only with prior arrangments made. )
